Brian Shepard - Catering Director

Brian Shepard has been in the catering business all his life.  He began helping his father (David Shepard, Owner) do events since he was a teenager.  Working many of events for The Prime Choice, Brian became more and more interested in the business as the years went by.  He started working at the Prime Choice full-time at the beginning of May in 2004.  He has quickly moved up the ladder in the past year, learning about all aspects of the job.  He has now taken over the position of Catering Director.  Brian's high demand for perfection and his attention to detail has proven he has a great eye for the catering world.  Brian plans to take after his father and someday take over ownership of The Prime Choice.
