   of your business, and now it is time to give something back to you!

           Beginning on January 1, 2009: For every $1 you spend with us, you will receive 1 point.

           Also, refer a new client to us and receive 1,000 bonus points.

           Choose from the following list of Great Rewards:

           1,000 Points - $25 Gift card from your choice of Starbucks, Macy's, Nordstrom, or Visa
           4,000 Points - $100 Gift card from your choice of Starbucks, Macy's, Nordstrom, or Visa
           10,000 Points - $250 Gift card from your choice of Starbucks, Macy's, Nordstrom, or Visa
           15,000 Points - Free Luncheon for up to 15 Guests (paper goods and Drinks Not Included)
           20,000 Points - Free Luncheon for up to 20 Guests (paper goods and Drinks Not Included)

           Terms/Conditions:

          - Orders must be delivered and completed (paid for) to receive points.
- Points will be calculated on pre-sales tax, and does not include delivery service, and gratuity charges.
          - Statements of total points earned will be sent out on a monthly basis.
          - Points will only be awarded on orders placed AFTER January 1, 2009.
