Executive Chef Brian Durr
Chef Brian Durr, age 32, grew up in the mountains of Western Maryland, where he was introduced to the culinary world. Chef Brian was an apprentice of Italian chef, Phil Thomas, for seven years. In this time, he was able to achieve a fundamental knowledge of culinary arts and excelled into management positions. Chef Brian obtained the majority of his culinary expertise working at, The Old Depot, of Frostburg Maryland, where he organized such events as, The Annual Governor's Brunch, Dinner Trains to Camden Yards and The Welcome Parties for the Redskins Training Camp. After graduating from Culinary at Allegany College of Maryland in 1999, Chef Brian moved to Montgomery County where he became the working Executive Chef of Montgomery Village Country Club. Ever thirsting for more advanced culinary knowledge, Chef Brian then made a move to his current position at The Prime Choice Caterers. Here he has become an intricate part of a well acknowledged culinary team.
